With more than 25 years of working in property and interior design, I know what to look for in a home, and what to look past. I know which renovations add value and which don't, how to spot potential problems, and how a floorplan could be reworked to suit the way you want to live.
Whether you are buying for the first time, your next home, an investment or at a challenging time after a major life change, having someone on your side who can give you a dispassionate opinion can help you make the right offer with confidence, or knowledgeably walk away.
I work closely with each client to understand not just what they're looking for, but how they want to live: what they'll compromise on and what they won't.
I do the searching, filtering and legwork, but the process is collaborative. I'll tell you when I think a property is worth seeing, when I think it isn't, and when I can see potential that may not be immediately obvious.
I take on a limited number of clients at any time, because a search like this only works if I know someone well. I also work discreetly, in a way that respects how personal this process can be.
